Gökmen Yağal
FOUNDER
Gokmen Yagal was born in 1973 in Istanbul and graduated from Istanbul Technical University as an Aeronautical Engineer. He began his career in 1996 as a Production Manager where he worked in design, engineering, and quality assurance. In 2000, he joined Honda Company to continue his career, taking on roles in areas such as parts quality, assembly, production control, and planning. He also held significant managerial responsibilities at mid- and senior-level positions in various business functions, including human resources, information systems, finance, and foreign trade.
In 2006, He studied Japanese while undergoing language training in Japan and received training in production, quality systems, planning, and new model development at Honda’s Suzuka Factory. From 2013 to 2022, he served as Deputy General Manager of Operations and led the Honda Turkey factory closure project in 2021. During this time, he also managed the establishment of infrastructure and organizational processes for Honda the new sales company in Turkey.
